Service Disclaimer and Customer Agreement

Thank you for choosing GB Laundry Care. We’re committed to providing high-quality, reliable wash-and-fold laundry services with care and professionalism. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, please review the following policies:

General Liability

GB Laundry Care is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear from standard wash/dry cycles (including shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric stress).

  • Damage to delicate items not identified by the customer in advance.

  • Lost or damaged items not listed or inventoried by the customer before pickup.

 

Items Left in Pockets or Bags

  • We are not responsible for belongings left in pockets (cash, jewelry, pens, makeup, gum, etc.).

  • If items are found during processing, we’ll make every effort to return them with your order.

  • Please check all pockets prior to pickup - foreign objects may damage your laundry or our machines.

 

Unsanitary Items

We reserve the right to refuse service for laundry that is excessively soiled or unsanitary, including but not limited to:

  • Feces, vomit, blood, mold, or hazardous substances.

  • Items infested with bed bugs, lice, or other pests.

If such items are discovered after pickup, the order may be canceled or returned unprocessed. A biohazard handling fee may apply.

 

Odors & Smoke Exposure

  • While we strive to return all laundry fresh and clean, some strong odors (cigarette smoke, marijuana, mildew, pet odors) may not be fully removable.

  • If items have been heavily exposed to smoke, pets, or odors, please notify us in advance for additional care.

  • GB Laundry Care is not responsible for residual odors that cannot be eliminated.

 

Pet Hair & Dander

  • Excessive pet hair or dander may not be fully removed through standard washing/drying.

  • Please let us know in advance if items have heavy pet hair so we can assess whether additional processing is possible.

 

Specialty & Delicate Items

  • Please notify us of any delicate, hand-wash, air-dry, or non-machine-washable items.

  • GB Laundry Care is not responsible for specialty items unless identified in advance and agreed upon in writing.

 

Missing or Unclaimed Laundry

  • Items not claimed within 15 days of service completion may be donated.

  • If payment is not received within 15 days of invoice, laundry may be considered abandoned and donated at our discretion.

  • Please communicate promptly to arrange pickup/delivery or rescheduling.

 

Customer-Provided Products

  • If you provide your own detergent, softeners, or other products, GB Laundry Care is not responsible for any reaction, residue, or damage caused by those products.

 

Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
